Tadashi was an excellent guide and told us the story of all the places we visited. We went to 3 local Izakaya and enjoyed food and drinks at each.

Sho is the best! We had a small group for the night, and it was like close friends hanging out. We got to learn the food and drinking culture. The night was finished at the Golden Gai, one of the most unique place for drinking and meeting new people.

The tour was fun and worth it. Our guide Max very knowledgeable about the history of the different neighborhoods, was super friendly, gave in-depth info on how to eat and drink japanese foods, and was just an amazing local guide. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience that I would highly recommend! Our guide, Sho was amazing and really showed us some great spots! He had great recommendations and we had a blast with the entire group. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good time and finding a few local spots for drinks in Tokyo!

Joey did a good job of guiding us safely around Shinjuku. We got started on time and moved quickly, so the amount of time spent in bars was maximized. He also managed to incorporate information about the area into the experience without disrupting the more gustatory activities. The bars we visited all had distinct styles, and all the food and drinks were great. Each spot had something exotic to try in addition to more popular food and drinks. I would also say that the selections would have been difficult to find on my own.
The only thing that could have been better is if we didn't have to stop for as many promotional photos and surveys, but that probably has more to do with the company than the guide, and it only really cost us a few minutes in total.

Loved every second! Joey was a delight and the food and drinks were so delicious. It was so good to experience a side of Shinjuku I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Will remember this forever!

It was a wonderful tour with nice drinks and food and most importantly locations off the beaten track. The only drawback was that I change the time to 6pm as Tripadvisor told me that this time is more likely to sell out. As I was travelling on my own I was hoping for a busy tour but it was just me an a fantastic guide in the end. Would have been even more fun with more people

Yushin showed us around and gave heaps of laughs. Made everyone feel comfortable and have a great time. Would highly recommend again, even in the rain :)

Awesome tour. Naruto showed us a great time. He'll bring you places the usual tour won't take you. The atmosphere of Shinjuku is captured extremely well. Would recommend to anyone.
