Skip this all together and journey solo to the wineries!! This company promises but does not deliver! The driver keeps the bathroom locked and no WiFi is offered. I hoped for a few stops for photos, nope to that as well! The return journey hit traffic and the bus was at a standstill. Both tour guide and driver refused to unlock the bathroom (Zora and Antonio).
Tenutata Torciano was our favorite winery! Just go there solo and skip the hassle of this tour!

I thought the tour was okay, it was raining so we didn’t get a tour of the properties, and we were standing around a lot. Be aware, this is with a large group of like 40-50 people, which was surprising. Seemed like they were just trying to get as many people in and out of it as possible. Didn’t have a personal touch. If you are looking for a tour that will show you the Tuscan countryside and give you information on Chianti and the wine country, this isn’t it. I don’t think it was worth the money. I have been on better wine tours.

The guide was wonderful and informative. The 2 wineries visited were lovely and snacks were wonderful. We did not appreciate the small children on tour, they were disruptive. Was nice to see the Tuscan countryside.

I was 7 minutes late to the meeting spot due to bad directions and the employee at that spot told my husband and I quote “we can only wait 10 mi nites before having to let the bus leave” “but it waiting 5 minutes for you then left” please tell me the logic behind that. Also k kw that we recieved a call from ciao the a text with gps location and was told that we were 9 mins away they are waiting but upon are arrival only 7 minutes later we were told the bus left then they closed up the kiosk at left us there I want a full refund. This was the third up by Viator within the same 2 week family trip. Very very very unhappy
