Vincenzo was passionate about Florence, its history, and its artists (musicians, painters and sculptors). He was engaging and asked a lot of questions hoping for knowledgeable answers and wanting to be asked good questions in return. We somewhat met his expectations.

The tour guide wasn’t engaging. She didn’t speak English well enough. The access was great but not the guide.

Very well organised. Informative tour with a lovely young lady. Ciao Florence were very pleasant and helpful, even attempting to get us a return taxi due to the crowds.

Ciao Florence ignored us and we never got our tickets and we are very disappointed. We ended up buying new tickets thanks to the officers of the museum. I will not recommend to buy tickets through Viator

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Seeing Michelangelo's David was one of the highlights of our trip.
It's always worth it to purchase the skip-the-line in my opinion.
