We had a fantastic experience with this travel group during our holiday in the Italian countryside. Our tour guide and driver for the day, Christian, did an excellent job and made the day one of our favorites on the trip. From our punctual morning pickup until our laughter-filled evening drop-off, Christian never stopped enhancing our wine country experience. He advised us with on-the-go adjustments to our itinerary to give us an authentic look at Italian wine and olive oil production. Throughout the day, he demonstrated an expansive understanding of our tour through his explanations of the history and makeup of the region. He identified how we might best spend our time not just at each stop on the tour, but during the rest of our stay in Florence as well. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience! Siena was a wonderful little city and duomo spectacular!
The winery, dinner, wine tasting was top notch. The owner was engaging and made the experience a memorable trip.
My negatives: the air-con was not on in the bus from Siena to the winery. About 45 to 60 minutes . When we could take no more we complained and they turned it on. At this point we were all sweaty messes. Turns out the other bus from same company had the same situation.
I would also mention that you have very little time to wander the winery or take sunset pics. The ad for this your made it look like you would bask in the glory of the sunset. But not so much.

It was the worst and most disgraceful tour I have ever done and I have had a 45 year career in travel. They have 2 similar tours. One is Eu 79 and one is promoted as Semi private and costs Eu 120. The tour leader told us not to bring our complaints to him as he is a freelance and he has no contract with the company. I paid Eu 120. There was nothing private about it. We arrived at the winery and were subjected to an hour plus sales pitch. Tours were combined into one big room. Dinner was cold and ordinary. We ran out of time for dessert. The tour leader has no customer skills. The meeting point is filthy and staff rude and untrained. A complete waste if money. Actually they took our money under false impression. In my country that is illegal

This was my 2nd wine tour from Florence and I was disappointed compared to the first experience wirh a different guide. I booked an English tour and got English/Italian/Spanish. We went to Siena and stayed for 2 hours which was too long and then went to the winery and did a walk from the front door to the rable and this was considered our tour. We had 3 small glasses of wine that equaled 1 whole glass when you put them together. The food was just ok which took forever between dishes to come out.

Directions to meeting place are clear, the bus was clean and driver Marco an excellent and safe driver. Marti, the tour lead was great, friendly and clear. I do think the tour description is misleading. We had under two hours in Sienna, I kind of wish we could be on our soon sooner than where the meeting place was because some people were slower than others and it was valuable time.
When we went to the restaurant, there was no tour of the cellar, you just walk through it and the dinner was pretty uneventful. Though the owners and waiters were clearly doing their best. There were two other tours there as well as normal clientele so the wine tasting experience really wasn’t there. Parts of the grounds were closed off and there was some kind of party on the grounds so we felt more like we were disturbing. There were no great sunset pictures or walking through the grounds. We also ate inside so it just felt like a regular restaurant. I don’t think the price does it justice and it’s obvious the restaurant/ wine owners do it so that people buy at their gift shop. Not at any time did we feel pressured but I was not impressed by the wine at all. Also the dessert was biscotti and the meat was very chewy. Wouldn’t recommend for dinner, maybe just drinks?

The tour guide, Gabriel (?) was very sweet and explained the entire tour to us while on the bus to Siena. The wine tasting was very worth it and we ate dinner while watching a beautiful sunset. The dinner consisted of an appetizer plate, pasta, steak and potatoes, 4 wines, and almond cookies for dessert. We were given around 2 hours in Siena to explore by ourselves which was nice but a guided tour may have been more helpful. Overall, for the price, very worth it!

Gabrielle was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made it fun It was a great way to visit Sienna and to have a great dinner at the winery. We got to taste different wine. The host at the winery was excellent as well describing the food and wine

Excellent afternoon in Siena and sunset dinner at a Tuscan winery. Our tour guide Gabriele and driver Gianluca were so wonderful - friendly, helpful. It doesn't allow for a lot of time in Siena but enough to give you a feel for this beautiful city. Winery dinner was also amazing - only wish we were seated in an area with a view of the Tuscan hills.
We would recommend this tour for a nice day trip out of Florence.
