Very well done - we learned a lot and the course was very well prepared for us.
As it was my first sushi workshop, I was actually able to learn a lot here.
A lot was also explained about Japanese food culture, which I thought was great.
I would book a course there again at any time.
Even my husband, who isn't really a big sushi fan, was totally impressed.
By the way, the food was so plentiful that we took some back to the hotel.

Poor communication with tour operator. A local uber driver could not find the address given. It took 45 MINUTES for the operator to reply to my message. Viator was no help as I had to repeat my situation a couple of times in the message.

Must do in Kyoto ! Super experience, it felt genuine and Kaori-San gives some interesting culture facts that go beyond the cooking lesson. I recommend.

My wife and I got this bought as a honeymoon experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the class, our teacher was so knowledgeable and patient with each step. We came away full of sushi and hope to be able to give it a go at home.

Really fun experience. Well paced, learnt some food history on Japan which was both interesting and relevant to what we were doing. I went with 3 friends (30yo) and we all had a brilliant time. Couldn’t recommend this enough. The host spoke excellent English and was a really nice presence to be around. Thanks very much!!
