Ride our luxury E-Bikes on a beautiful self guided GPS route, from Florence to Fiesole where the route descends through some lovely cypress tree forests and past the castle Castello Di Vincigliata and into the village of Settignano where you can stop at the great little alimentary with home cooked tasty Italian food.
From Settignano you visit PoggioPiano vineyard where you will meet the Galardi family, who are owners of an organic Chianti Vineyard and olive grove near Al Girone. There you will be able to relax in the estate with a glass of their Chianti wines produced on site, along with snacks of Tuscan cheeses, meats and bread drizzled with their own extra virgin olive oils.
The route then takes you along dedicated cycle paths traversing the River Arno back into Florence, leading you up to Piazzale Michelangelo to take in the views of Florence's skyline from this iconic vantage point, before returning the bikes to conclude the fantastic e-bike experience.

What a great adventure and the best way to see some Florence scenery and Tuscany landscapes….all from the seat of a bike! Was one of the bigger highlights of our time in Italy and would recommend to anyone wanting to hit the back roads and streets of Florence. John was so easy to deal with and such a friendly guy 👌

John is awesome and the way he's set this up is first-rate. The bikes are fantastic and the tour was just wonderful. We took this self-guided ride at the beginning (day 2 or 3) of an 11-day Mediterranean cruise, and we were already DONE with guided tours and crowds. This unhurried ride at your own pace, on your own, with no one around much was just what we needed. His orientation at the beginning, complete with video of what you will see and where you will go, puts your mind at ease that you are heading out on your own in a very busy city where you've never been before. I also can't say enough about the quality of the bikes. We zoomed up the Tuscan hills with zero effort when the bike was at max assist. Do this tour -- it will be the highlight of your vacation.

It was long and a great ride where you get to see all of Florence from all different hillsides. It is not for someone who is not a riding enthusiast the ride is about 40 kilometers.

Excellent self guided tour with clear map and instructions on where to visit . Carefully thought out/curated tour out through Florence and into country side within minutes of starting. Perfect ride to get the feel of Tuscany with a few city highlights included in the way back. The recommended stops along the way were perfect and the best way to spend our last day in Italy. E-bike touring was the highlight of our trip and already planning our trip back. If you like biking do this it’s really worth the money. Thanks John!

Such a fun experience for the whole family! The owner was super friendly and flexible and gave very detailed instructions both about the equipment and the route. The online map made it very easy to navigate and the e-bikes allowed the entire family to participate. We really enjoyed going at our own pace and stopping when we wanted. One of the highlights of our time in Florence.

What more can I say about this experience? John made this our best experience ever in Europe. He is fantastic; hard working, informative, outgoing, and quite funny. This entire experience was pure class from top to bottom. He has thought of everything. We even had a scheduling snafu and John didn’t even flinch. The ride is spectacular and the bikes are phenomenal. I read the lone bad review on here and she is just plain “out to lunch” and nutty. What a marvelous experience. This event was the best thing I’ve ever done with my daughter and we made memories we’ll never forget. THANK YOU!

They did a great job of explaining the map and terrain before we set out. The route was fairly easy to follow and was full of beautiful scenery. The winery was fabulous and a perfect spot to get some food before finishing up. Our group truly enjoyed the experience!

A gorgeous, memorable tour and you definitely still feel like you've done a lot of exercise despite being on e-bikes.
Very well organised, great bikes, clear instructions when you start.
I would caution that you should be a confident cyclist if you want to do this tour - you are cycling on narrow, winding and steep roads with traffic. And steep roads that go up must come down - which can be more treacherous on e-bikes as they are heavier and build up momentum downhill very quickly.
That said, there is a detailed safety briefing at the start and someone on hand to support if you run into trouble along the way. We had a few issues with one of the bikes which resulted in a fall, and someone was there within minutes to fix it and make sure we were ok and we got a refund, which we would never have expected due to how great a time we otherwise had.
