Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

The tour was trail ride was long and beautiful!! The match up with your horse was SPOT on! They took time to pair you and did amazing!! The guides we had were very thoughtful about giving us the best experience possible but in the safest way possible! The horses were SO well cared for! If you go to Maui - this adventure is a MUST!!

Was a long trail ride. You definitely get the bang for your buck. Trail time isn’t even including the time of the meet up, (left side not right side of the road, watch for the big yellow sign.) And the horse match up. It is hot and very sunny this time of year so lots of sunblock and take use of their free water bottles. No purses, bags or even fanny packs. But they give you saddle bags that go on the horn of the saddle so your items are close reach. Very much worth the money. They care for their horses and the horses have some spirit in them even though they are trail horses.

I’ve never ridden before and didn’t know what to expect but this was outstanding. A little frightening at times but very much worth it. The guides do a great job of calming your nerves on the horse

Beautiful ride! The staff was very nice and thorough about horse placement for riders. Safety was absolutely their priority. We were even able to trot on the way back if we felt comfortable and confident with our riding experience.
We were instructed to park outside the gate, and an attendant will escort the guest to the ranch…which they did.
The road leaving had a lot of holes, high and low spots, so one will have to be careful if they are in a low vehicle.
Overall, great experience and Cole, the lead horseman, was awesome!

This was an amazing trip. It was well organized, and the people were very friendly. Some of the best fuse we’ve seen our whole trip. They did a really good job matching our experience level up with the type of horse. They put us on. The ranch itself has many different animals as well which was nice to visit with after.

Booked this trip as a group of six, some intermediate riders and some beginners. All were perfectly paired with an acceptable horse that matched their riding level. Our guides Selena and Ava were amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They were always making sure people were comfortable. Lots of drinks were provided and saddlebags to your drinks/belongings with you. The trail wasnt difficult some up and down hill areas. The most fun part for most of our group was letting the horses run. Even the beginners tried and LOVED it. Would definitely recommend.

Nice tour. Had a great time and stopped at some great views along the way . Out tour guide Sarah was friendly as can be and very knowledgeable about the land. I would definitely recommend this anyone. Course was super easy and fun anyone can do it.
