Filio was attentive, encouraging and gave us great insights about the Inca empire and his ancestors. I recommend him as a tour guide.

We had the best time ever!! I was so nervous at the start but our guide William was so kind and reassuring and let me take my time on day 1. The food by our chef Bambino was incredible, passed every expectation! So delicious and lots of variety. The porters were brilliant and took care of all our things, and had everything set up ready for us every time we arrived to lunch/camp sites. Head porter Juan did a brilliant job organising everything. Our guides couldn’t have done any better, William had all the timings perfect, he knew the best picture spots, and he made the effort to know every one in the group, it really felt like a family. Our second guide Sergio was so helpful around camp and helped us take some amazing photos!! I have already recommended trexperience to my friends who are thinking about the Inca Trail!

I cannot recommend TreXperience enough! We were a group of 5 that did the Inca Trail 4-day trek with Abaelardo and Yoner as our guides. They were fantastic guides and from start to finish the entire experience was smooth sailing, which is unique since the logistics are not simple. The trek was an incredible adventure and was well laid out. Our guides supported us throughout and we were able to go at our own pace. The chefs cooked us three hot delicious meals a day and even cooked my boyfriend a huge birthday cake on the last night! Every morning we were woken up with hot coca tea. Every night we discussed the organization of the next day, wake up times, expectations, etc. The porters work so hard so if you decide to do the trek, please make sure to tip them well.

I had an amazing experience on this trip. Will.i.am the tour lead was an energetic, humorous and knowledgeable lead. Sergio was also great in ensuring our group got through the hikes safely and comfortably. Special mention to our porters (Juan was the lead) and Balbino our chef created some absolutely amazing dishes in the trail

Der Weg, ist sehr schön. Allerdings sehr stark bewandert, was mich gestört hat. Ruhe Besinnlichkeit gibt es sehr selten.
Die Ausrichter waren sehr sehr gut und der Koch hat tolle Menüs gezaubert.

After coming back from the trail, I just wanted to thank everybody involved in the trip
Rolando (our chef) and Ruben (our head porter) did a wonderful job keeping the whole group comfortable and with our bellies full. It is amazing how somebody can create such dishes in the middle of the mountains in an ancient road.
As for our guides, Daniel (aka, The Legend) and Elias (aka Raio McQueen) I have only words of gratitude. You manage to be great guides, teaching us your ancestral culture with passion and interest; being always there for us, and always having the patience to answer our questions.
Honestly this does not look like a job for you guys as you seem to do it so naturally and fun.
Lastly, as for the company itself, I want to mention that they did had a mixup with our train tickets. Nevertheless, I believe any company is made up by human beings, and as such we make mistakes, that is ok. The important thing is that we rectify our mistakes. Which Trexperience did after a firm claim on my behalf.
Special thanks to Eden at the administration office for sorting this out.

One of the best experiences my wife and I have ever done. From the staff to the food. Charlie and Nil are really professional and friendly they made us feel like family, they help us through the hike and made the hard days fun. It is incredible how hard working the porter and the whole staff is always gave us a smile and clapped at us on the way to our next spots. The chef was phenomenal, each day he brought different dishes and was incredibly how they were able to work with such limited supplies. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone, the trek was part of the Machu Picchu wonder of the world.
