Did not have my husbands name anywhere for pickup. He ended up taking a taxi. I emailed but got no response.

No one came to pick me up at the airport. It was very nerve racking and borderline scary being in a different country not knowing anything. Eventually driver showed up almost 2 hours later. Also on return trip, driver didn’t even show up. I was not able to cancel even though the policy clear, full refund allowed if cancellation is more than 24 hours prior to initiation of service. .

The first driver wasn’t friendly at all! Didn’t say hi good morning or even by when we were leaving. The second driver was very friendly and deserved a tip!

Both our drivers were excellent and extremely nice. Didn’t have any issues with pickup from airport or resort. Wanted to just share some information that may help others. I was staying at Excellence El Carmen which is technically in Uvero Alto not in Punta Cana so less than 24 hours prior to arriving at the airport I got a text saying I would have to pay and extra 60$ to make up for this difference which was not too big of a deal. This issue was that they did not communicate it had to be in cash only when I arrived which was a major inconvenience especially at a chaotic airport. Apart from that minor incident everything else was great.

I was a little apprehensive at booking with a company I didn't know in a country I didn't know. I booked the taxi in England used PayPal and picked up the taxi at Punta Cana airport in the Dominican Republic to our hotel, a 30 minute drive awat. It all went seamlessly and the taxi was waiting for us on our arrival. Driver was very polite pleasant and helpful. I booked our return journey back to the airport the day before with Viator and again all went seamlessly - driver, different one this time came on time and again was very polite pleasant and helpful. Multi seated taxis with a/c, cheaper than those at the rank and well organised. Would definitely recommend.
