Achille was a great guide! We had an amazing time visiting the gardens and the palace with him. He's highly knowledgeable and passionate about the place and its history. Would definitely recommend

The highlight was the brilliant commentary by Achille. He was good at explaining the mindset of the French kings and gave an insight into their daily lives. We had a view into the private rooms too which was a bonus.

Had a very good experience from the person picking us up, to the welcoming and to our quide.
Despite it being Olympics, the service given to us was impeccable and quite glad that there are not much visitors in Versailles so we enjoyed it very much compared to the previous visits we had due to too much crowd.
Our tour guide who stood out the most was Achille because he made it very interesting and educational. Kenny who welcomed us was also very warm and humorous. And our chauffer, I am so sorry to have forgotten his name, was also very nice and warm. Always smiling.

Phil is an amazing guide! He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable of Versailles, the gardens, the fountains, and the palace. It was like having a tour from a college history professor. Highly recommended!

Terrible… tour Co Cxld on us the day before.
Had even paid $609- or so & got confirmation from Viator tours yet… LIV Tours was the actual tour co & said “ sorry.. we don’t have tickets for you plain & simple because what they show as available is different than what Viator says is available.”
So… BEWARE… offered us the next day tour but we were only available on July 12th. Ruined a dream trip.. my 81 year old husband had never been to Versailles & with not being able to walk far… we specifically splurged to be driven around in a golf cart instead of walking. Absolute JOKE & rip off. Still waiting for return of $$$$$!!

We really enjoyed our entire tour experience. Our guide, Milan, was great and my family and I really enjoyed our tour of the Versailles palace and gardens, especially the golf cart tour. Milan was very patient and did a great job of telling stories and explaining the history. The garden area was gorgeous-we loved the views and were able to get many great photos. Also, the LivTours team was friendly and helpful. Our coordinator was very helpful and patient in ensuring we were able to reach the destination-great customer service overall!

Our visit was amazing with a wonderful guide, Jennifer, who enjoys a lot what she does. You can feel it in every moment and is very kind with kids attending all their questions. She Drive a golf cart through the gardens and then made the palace visit enjoyable for all ages, showing a lot of knowledge and ampathy.
I absolutely recomend liv tours and, specially, Jennifer as a guide.

Joanna was an outstanding guide. She is engaging, very knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and attentive to our interests and needs. She did an excellent job both in the gardens and the palace. We would tour with Joanna again!
