Ramen is a very popular Japanese food. It is now world famous. Therefore, everyone has eaten it, but not many people have made ramen. In this cooking class, you will actually knead the ramen with your own hands. The soup is also made starting from boiling the chicken bones. There are several toppings to choose from, but you can put them on according to your taste. Let's make sightseeing in Osaka a memorable one with your own ramen made with your own hands.

We had an amazing time and I 100% recommend booking this experience. It takes place in a big appartement and everything is extremely clean and organized. We had 2 teachers working together for a group of 8. They would take the time to explain all the ingredients and the step by step process.
We made the ramen from scratch (fish and chicken stock and noodles) with different toppings. We also made the chicken gyoza filling (chopped up all the ingredients) and folded them with premade wrappers. They give you a handout with the recipes that you can bring back home which is very appreciated.
Thank you again for the wonderful time!

We did the ramen and gyoza cooking class. June and Miki were so helpful and gave great instructions. They made a particular effort to get our son involved in making the food. The class was efficiently organised so it was easy to follow each step. So glad we chose this activity.

Yoshi was a fantastic chef, very supportive, funny, patient and shared a lot of really useful information with us throughout the class. She was great answering all our questions too. The instructions were very clear and we had recipes for everything to take away with us.
We made our own broth, we even made our own noodles. Making the filling for the gyoza was fun too, we really enjoyed eating everything we’d made at the end. Yoshi was full of hints and tips to customise your dishes for different tastes or dietary requirements too, which was so thoughtful. It was a really fun experience and the fact it’s a group of 4 means it’s a really intimate and valuable experience. Can’t wait to make this again at home!
