Before I booked and paid for this tour I was told in the chat that they would pick me up at my hotel but not drop me off on return. I was agreeable to that. I contacted again to confirm my hotel for pick up at 0845. The tour operator did not show up. When I called that morning they told me that there was no pickup for my hotel. At that point it was too late to get a taxi or train. I requested a refund and 3 days later nothing but an email saying that they would review the situation for a refund. Very frustrating.

Super disappointed in the communication with the Seoul Tour Operator, who was rude and unwilling to refund when we didn't attend the tour and gave the notice to not include us as what we expected was not what was listed in the tour listing. We had booked within the 24 hours of the tour because however, they ignored us even though they were available on Whatsapp and reading messages. They were rude and blamed us for the situation. Would not recommend!!

Although I made booking and chose the option of getting picked up from my hotel, no one came to pick me up and when I called the operator several times and finally she answered my call but she said I don’t have reservation. When I sent her my reservation confirmation she asked me to take taxi and try to catchup the group at the temple. She didn’t even apologise. It’s not professional how she didn’t want to admit a mistake being done from her side. However the guide lady was extraordinary amazing and it was very clear she’s very experienced and was a great tour guide.

The palace tour was really informative and I had a great time with our tour guide Julie Park. Would definitely recommend for any tourists in Korea.

Change of guards at palace was the best part. Others interesting.
Not so good was information. I had a question and tried contact the tour operator with Viator message form, no answer. I had to call, then I was informed about change of pick-up time, that was the evening before the tour.
The full day tour was mixed with the morning tour. But no one told us and information was not clearly separated.
However the drivers were flexible and handled the fact that we had full luggage very well.

One thing I loved was the number of options for timing and places. I chose the morning tour, but others in my group were on an all-day tour and continued on after I was dropped off. Jun was an amazing guide!

We had an awesome time! I recommend this to anyone coming to South Korea for the first time also anyone wanting to check out good places. You see 3 different sites and transportation! Our tour guide Jin did an amazing job! She was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We had a great time! She helped us with all our questions about the culture and ways to get around! It's nice tour and peaceful so wear casual clothing comfortable shoes/slip ons! Have fun!!! I give it 5 stars since they helped and it was super informative!

We visited very nice temples and saw the ceremony of changung guards. We drove by the blue house and visited the folk museum. Yeoni is a very nice and funny tour guide who tells you everything you wanna know and helps you always out. I would always book her tours again.
