Awesome experience! Right from the get-go, we saw a whale breaching and from there, the show was great! Saw some dolphins also. 3 hours was enough to see a mama with her baby and enjoy the Pacific Ocean views. Great commentary and directions from the staff. Definitely would be back, 100% recommended!

It was unbelievable! We saw a large band of dolphins playing with the boat and jumping out of the water. We also got to see the famous whales. There were lots of them and we were able to see them clearly and quite closely. The crew were attentive to the passengers (some of whom were seasick) and respectful of the animals. They respected certain distances from the animals so as not to disturb them.
Personally, it's an experience you should have at least once in your life. Seeing these marine animals in the wild is truly emotional.

The crew were excellent and kept everybody fully briefed throughout the cruise. We did manage to see the tail of one whale, making you want to return and try and gain a better sighting at a more opportune time in the season.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Do not entertain this company at all . They took us out to sea knowing how dangerous the conditions were . Approximately 70 % of the passengers were throwing up everywhere! The toilets were covered in sick and unusable. The upper deck should have been cordoned off due to the weather conditions as people were falling everywhere. I fell down the stairs and as I am currently recovering from cancer this was the last thing I needed.
We were supposed to have free tea and coffee but that didn’t transpire and I was even charged for water !
An absolutely awful experience never ever to be repeated .
I contacted the company on the 11 th of November and after chasing via email I still have not had a response to my complaint. Disgraceful.

Unfortunately due to weather conditions the trip was cut short and we had to return to the dock. We were given a voucher for the nxt whale season. Staff were grt though and the rough weather added a bit of excitement

I am sure if we had not gone the last weekend this trip was offered (end of the migration season), we would have had more fun. Unfortunately, we saw no whales, the crew spent the entire time tending to seasick passengers (rather than trying to help locate the whales) and at the end we were all offered the "whale-watching guarantee", which is a voucher for another whale watching trip and must be used within the year. Since this was a once-in-a lifetime trip to Australia, we won't be able to try again..and they know that 99% of visitors will not be able to book a return trip.
