Bellissimo palazzo esternamente, ancor più bello internamente. Acustica incredibile, appaga la vista e l'udito. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto tour italiano poco appassionato. Però la visita merita al pari di altri palazzi modernisti più famosi

Excellent tour, we not only got a lot of background information including a short film, but also a sample of how music sounds in the auditorium. Amazing place with so much decorations to see!

This tour was wonderful starting with a short video and ending in the beautiful performance auditorium. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and best of all witty. He helped us see all the obvious and hidden beauties of the various locations we toured.
The cost is very reasonable and the tour is definitely worth more than the ticket price.

We joined the 2pm guided tour of Palau de Musica. It will start with a short video and then there'll be a tour guide explaining about the different parts of the theater. The building itself was really nice, but I guess coming from Sagrada Familia, I wasn't blown away by it. There were many intricate glass decorations and other things that was beautiful, but for some reason, it fell short of my expectations. Overall, I would still recommend coming to this place, maybe watching a show next time.

This music venue is truly stunning and well worth taking time to see. We paid for the 1 hour guided tour (which we did via the website a couple of days before and it was straight forward to do) and I am very glad we did.
You can visit without doing a tour of course but I thought the extra you got for the 20 Euro cost of the tour was well worth it.
You start with a 10-minute presentation in one of the ground floor smaller music rooms which gives you a good background to the building, but probably more interesting insights from the famous musicians that have played here over the years why they like doing so.
Then you get taken around the various floors of the theatre including the second level where the public are not allowed unless on a tour. And then at the top level you have a reserved section for the tours so you can sit away from the general public and have the amazing architecture explained to you.

This was one of our highlights in Barcelona. We had recommendations from others, so we made a special effort to include this in our itinerary, not really knowing much about it. We booked the first English tour of the day. We arrived early, so we were able to walk in and enjoy a coffee in their lovely cafe. The guided tour started promptly, with a short film and introduction from our enthusiastic guide. From there, our small group toured the Modernista building and all its glory. The guide ushered us to the roped-off area at the front of the auditorium where we were able to hear a pre-recorded piece of music. My only regret was not trying to get tickets to a performance.

A very beautiful palace classified as a UNESCO heritage site, an auditorium and magnificent visiting rooms, we had a guide who explained the concept to us perfectly.

The guide did a good job on the history of the building and how it has been used through the years. Getting to hear the magnificent organ was an extra treat.
