Immerse yourself in a shared cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of Florentine cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine.
During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic Florentine recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of r ed and white local wines.

Cecilia was a wonderful host and teacher. She taught us how simple and fun making pasta can be, and delicious as well (obviously). She also has a great home with amazing views of Florence during the sunset. We highly recommend!

5 out of 5. What a beautiful experience, some good laughs, yummy food. The entire atmosphere and learning environment was so easy going and enjoyable. Roberta and her family were so kind and accomodating. Would 100% recommend, a fantastic way to travel, meet kind people and learn something.

Our evening with Luca was fantastic! He was extremely patient with us and taught us several new ideas about making pasta, soffritto, and game meat such as boar. Even better knife techniques! He was also willing to teach us partly in Italian, since we study the language. We ate with his lovely family and had great conversation around the table. We will definitely book another visit with Luca the next time we are in Firenze.
