Nadine was amazing! She was so welcoming and truly made us feel comfortable in her beautiful home. We had such a great time with her learning, cooking, and enjoying good company. 100% recommend to anyone looking to learn about cooking and culture. The food was excellent as well!!

We had a lovely time with Anna our Cesarine. He apartment had a lovely patio, secluded from the hustle and bustle of The Venice streets and she made us feel like we were friends visiting a friend. The pastas were amazing - and it was fun to learn how to make them. Tiramisu closed out the meal deliciously. Would definitely recommend and would do this again on another visit.

Julia is the loveliest host you could have; generous with her time and knowledge, patient, encouraging, fun and full of interesting information. We loved everything, even the wonky pasta shapes that we produced, and it was really enjoyable to eat the food we had produced (and we did everything ourselves, with a little help) at the end of the morning together; this session really made our visit to Venice memorable and we will long remember our time with Giulia. (Not sure we would have found her home so easily in the dark, but in the morning the walk through the district was fascinating.)

Anthea was an absolute gem! She was incredibly friendly and was a great teacher! The recipes were very easy to follow and the food was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this experience enough. Worth every single penny. If you are in Venice this is a must do. Thank you for helping my boyfriend and I make some unforgettable memories!

Our host Nadine was very friendly easy to converse with. Lovely welcome with snacks and water. I felt confident when I left that I would be able to recreate the wonderful that we prepared with her help. To experience our Italian visit with such a unique opportunity is something I recommend for anyone traveling to this beautiful place. The booking process was easy and the directions and details came quickly and we’re easy to follow. If you travel to Italy and especially Venice please seek out Nadine or a host to make your travel experience one you will never forget. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!!!

The pasta and tiramisu cooking class was simply magical. Carlotta was an amazing host and teacher. When our granddaughter was asked what her favourite part of her Italy trip was, she quickly responded, "The cooking class with Carlotta." This speaks to how extraordinary the experience was. The communication to get to Carlotta's house was excellent, and from the first moment we met her in the square, we knew it would be amazing. Carlotta's stories of her grandmother, who taught her how to cook, were so interesting, and her obvious love of and knowledge about cooking made the experience wonderful. It was a magical way to spend a few hours in Venezia. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and, if possible, I would recommend that they seek out Carlotta as a master teacher.
