We give you the opportunity to discover two cities in northern Portugal adored by many:

We leave from Porto, and after 1 hour of travel, you will know Aveiro "little Venice" with its canals that divide the city into two parts. We will take a guided tour admiring its architecture, discovering the old fishermen's houses and the historic buildings of the city.

Next, we will take a 45-minute ride aboard one of the traditional "Moliceiros" boats, similar in design to Venetian gondolas. After this walk, we will have free time to visit the city.

Then, we'll leave Aveiro behind and head towards Costa Nova, one of the most spectacular beaches in Portugal, known for the iconic striped houses that line the bay.

Afterwards, we will go towards Porto stopping at the capelha do senhor da Pedra, photo moment! This chapel on the seashore will amaze you. Finally, we will head to Porto with unforgettable memories, book now!

We purchased the excursion with GetYourGuide.
At the meeting point on the public road, where there are different tour operators, there was our guide with a black panel indicating "good morning", talking on the phone.
We arrived 15 minutes early as said and after 5 minutes we went to the bus about 100 meters, thinking one person was missing.
He didn't, he had one left over when he counted on the bus, and he realized he hadn't checked on him at the meeting point.
The organization has been poorly planned, free time between activities, useless and then 11⁄2 hours to find restaurant and eat.
However, with the indication that the person who was not in the o'clock hour in the indicated place was grounded.
The walk in moliceiro very pleasant, the visit to costa nova, unproductive, explained us on the bus in question and then left us free time for each one to manage.
Finally the finish of the visit to Miramar beach, in a tourist development to see a chapel on the edge of the sea, left us about 300 meters and let us go without more, that if ante in the bus had explained what it was, he stayed the bus.
As we headed back to the bus this step by the edge of the beach, it is clear that we could have saved the walk.
We wasted unnecessary time.
This lack of coordination and organization.

Honestly, this tour was just OK. Alicia said she would walk at a leisurely pace, but she was like a jackrabbit — off and speedy — and lots of folks in our group grumbled about it. We have done the half-day version of the tour in the past and preferred it. But do go to Aveiro and Costa Nova — worth the trip.

We were able to do all the activities on the itinerary and an extra at the end. The guide, Pedro, gave interesting information and answered any questions we had. We liked it a lot.
The tour has an agile pace, it is not that they rush you through the points to visit, and the guide we had was friendly, but I recommend being able to walk at a sustained pace.
Very good experience.
