We have been to Rome and then Florence and booked the City Pass.
Rome was classy and Florence is in no way inferior to that. Super City Pass with very good value for money. As in Rome, we had to pick up the main attractions, here Uffizi and Accademia, in advance in an office. Everything was well described that we found the office without any problems. Since Uffizi and Accademia take some time, I recommend booking two days, at least.
We saw a lot through the City Pass and would really do it again and again. For information, please read the City Pass, which is a digital link here, well in advance that you are well distributed. Clear recommendation, a star deduction due to known ticket collection.

I wish I could give them a zero. I wasted more than half of my day figuring out what’s going on with my tickets because I didn’t receive any email from the Turbopass. I had a hard time to convince them to cancel the tour and refund me since it was their fault. Eventually, I got the refund only for Uffizi, but still only one pass for citypass instead of two.

I was provided with no instructions as to how to activate this pass. When I reached out, I was told to access the attached "Link" It was not a link I could access through my iphone nor my computer and I notified the company of that. I got no response. I wrote to them again, informing them that the pass was worthless without instructions as to how to use. The only think I got from them was a voucher which contained no information, such as what was available through the pass, how to get Uffizi or Academia tickets, where to go for the hop on hop off bus - I never heard from them after day 2 of the pass. Asking for a refund.
