The Mljet Island is northwest of Dubrovnik. Approximately 45 min by speedboat to reach the South part of the Island where are amazing sandy beaches and bays. Mljet Island is most forested Croatian island with breathtaking sites and views. As Mljet Island is a bit further away form Dubrovnik and not easy accessible by regular routes, it is more authentic, private, preserved. One of last hidden jewels of the Adriatic.
With this option you will spend a full day on the sea, relax in nice private bays, go for a swim, snorkel, sunbathe on the boat and take your pick from several amazing restaurants on the islands. At the end of the day, get your camera ready for a breathtaking Adriatic sunset on the boat ride back into town.

What a wonderful experience! When we got on, our skipper (Tom) let us pick what we wanted to do - we told him we were easy and wanted to go to his fav spots that were less touristy and super beautiful. He took us to some incredible little hidden spots to swim and we stopped at his favorite restaurant for lunch. It was a perfect little day!

This was one of our favorite activities while on holiday. Ivan was an amazing skipper! We had the most lovely day.
We were very glad we booked the full day instead of the half day. It was the perfect amount of time for swimming, relaxing, exploring and lunch. We highly recommend this tour!

Super and excellent service provided by Matija and quick communication. My husband and I took a private tour and we chose the places and the great suggestions provided by our guide. We stopped at the restaurant Tauris which I highly recommend. This is the best price that I found for a private tour and great service.

Tom, our skipper, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to both blue and green caves then our own private swimming area for a relaxing morning. Whilst the caves were busy, Tom gave us good tips on how to get the most out of them and we all felt safe in his care. Loved every second of it and this tour is something we’d recommend to everyone in Dubrovnik.

I had many tour options. And finally I decided for this one, mainly for Matt, since performing all the arrangements and answering all my questions made everything super easy. Then today we spent an amazing day with Tom, I managed the boat to our liking without fuss and, unlike many other excursions I have taken, I went patiently and without running because I had to get to an hour. All the places to bathe were amazing. I do not hesitate to recommend them widely. And they are told by someone who has been on boats in Amalfi Coast, Positano to Capri, Capri to Iskia, Himare in Albania, Greece, Istanbul, Miami, etc., etc.

From booking until drop off Explore Dubrovnik was easy to work with. Matt was in communication and provided prompt pick up on our tour day. We met our boat captain, Tom at the port. Tom spent the entire day ensuring we were enjoying ourselves, stopping as we went along at unique spots to swim and getting close up views of the coastline caves. I would recommend Tom for anyone wanting to spend a day on the water. My family of 4 all agreed it was the best day of our 2 weeks in Croatia.

Wonderful day!! Tom was a fantastic guide - helped us curate the day in order to do and see the things we were interested in. Along the way, he shared lots of interesting facts and history. The boat was very comfortable and we appreciate the cold beverages, GoPro, and goggles. Would highly recommend this tour. It’s really personalized and wonderful way to see the many beautiful sights. This was such a beautiful and informative boat ride that took us all over the islands surrounding Dubrovnik! My mom and I went in the morning and it was the perfect start to the day to experience more of what Croatia has to offer. Tom was our captain and he was great and had so much knowledge about the areas we went to. Definitely would book this tour again during our next trip to Croatia!
