Shocking experience given it cost me soo much to get there. The bus left me behind even though I arrived 10 minutes earlier, then had to use a taxi. However when I got there; the range of clothes was not satisfactory. I have been to a lot of shopping outlets before (Australia, New York, etc), this one was by far the most disappointing with regard to range of items to buy. Even the stores which were advertised were not all there!

We ended up not going once we found out this was not “the mall” with the high end retailers. So I can’t really say this is a bad tour but know this is not the high end mall with Gucci, Fendi and others.

As per most designer outlets the shops were nice to look at but not really practical for the average tourist

The shuttle was 40 mins late, then took over 2 hours to get there, not 30 mins. The outlets were so crowded it was impossible to see anything without being shoved, 30 min waits just to get coffee. Went for 3pm shuttle, was told there was no room and would have to wait till 6pm, even though we had tickets. Worst experience ever and a total waste of a day.
