I would treat this and book this as a transfer option only. I booked the transfer with english guide, but the Spanish and English group were mixed. The guide wasn't very good. He kept on talking while walking (note that Florence is really busy with tourists and cars on the streets) and the guide didn't seem to care that only 4 people could actually hear him talking without any mic or earpieces for the group. I think the appropriate way was to properly pause the walk before talking.

I'm not sure what is up with all the negative reviews, but our experience with this company was fantastic. We booked with them for both our day trip to Florence and Pisa the next day. They were there to pick us up on time right outside the cruise terminal, which was incredibly convenient.
We received maps and phone numbers in case of any emergencies, adding to our peace of mind. The pickup and drop-off locations were easy to find in both cities, and the ride was comfortable. All of this was provided at a great price.
We made it back in plenty of time to board our ship for departure. What more could you want for a shore excursion? Highly recommend!

The bus from La Spezia to Florence arrived about 20 minutes late, but the tour operator was easy to find at the meeting point, the bus was clean and comfortable and was on time departing Florence. We opted for the additional walking tour which lasted about one hour and was worth the few extra Euros. The tour guide was very helpful.

Giada’s highlights and navigational help were spot on with the map that was provided. The bus was roomy, air conditioned, and the seats recline a bit for more comfort. We had two families, total of 8 people traveling to Florence and this was the most efficient way to get there and back to the ship on time. Easy getting back to meeting point, Giada gave clear instructions on where and when to meet for our return back to port. Bring water, they do provide a bottle for 1 euro as well.

We were in Florence by noon, left at 5:15, and arrived at the cruise port by 7:15. Make sure you communicate clearly to the people if you want to go only to Florence or to both Florence and Pisa so you get your paid time in your desired city / cities. Our guide #1 Federico and #2 Francesco were adorable. The small maps they provided were truly extremely helpful! They were extremely clear on where and when to meet the bus at the end of these even provided a QR code to take you there if you forgot. My only criticism for improvement is they should organize the morning lineup better into distinct groups and clarify / label exactly which bus to get on (perhaps with colored stickers?) because there were a lot of people and business happening in the morning. Everything went quite smoothly after the morning.

Decent transfer but on the website it doesn’t mention anywhere how long the transfer is. 2 hours each way (4 hours total bus time). I booked an Accademia tour with the same company which we missed due to the time of the transfer. I asked for a refund but was told “there is no reason to issue a refund”. Poor overall service.
