Excellent experience. Very clean. Amazing rooms and activities: Catered for a family with young children all vegetarian. Jimmy the supervisor went over and above to look after us! All the staff were so pleasant. Highly recommend.

the team on this cruise is exceptional. they are patient and kind and speak english fairly well. tam and ann are wonderful! ann can speak english vietnamese and chinese which we found very impressive.

We really enjoyed our trip at Mon Cherie. The ship itself was wonderful, with spacious rooms, great ambience at the dining room and rooftop bar, and exemplary service. We also enjoyed the variety of food they had at every meal. They were very accommodating about food choices and allergies.
Remy was our waiter for the meals and was very helpful and kind. Ducky at the bar helped us with our drinks. We enjoyed learning how to make spring rolls from Sin during the cooking demonstration. The transportation service from Hanoi was also prompt and comfortable.
I have couple of suggestions for the team:
1. Please mention during reservation that we have to wait at the transit center for up to 1.5 hours and then take a small boat for 45 -50 mins before we actually boarded the cruise ship. In effect, it was a 21 hour cruise and not a 2 day 1 night cruise.
2. Please make an announcement that it should be quiet in the hallways after 10.30/11 pm-there were kids screaming and running/people slamming doors and people talking super loudly in the hallways-right outside our door.

This cruise is 10/10 wonderful! I truly can't recommend it enough. As a vegetarian, they really go over and beyond on the food. Usually vegetarian meals are an afterthought, but everything here is delicious! The room and views are amazing. Kayaking is wonderful. Book this cruise!

The cruise through out the bay was truly enjoyable. The views are something to be hold and there is no better way to see them. Although it rained the second morning, there was something soothing about being in the water and watching it from the comfort of the balcony attached to your room. All of the staff aboard the Mon Chieri were extremely polite and friendly, I had a waiter named Andy he was very attentive and appreciative of everything.
I came on this trip as a solo traveler and at times there were certain things that would be better enjoyed with someone else. Enjoying the evening sundown and night time with someone else seems like a wonderful experience. But with that said I did not feel out of place at all during my time. I recommend that everyone even solo travelers give this a try, it is quite worth it.

It was an amazing tour that i didn’t expect! I was here 7 years ago on a different cruise ship on Ha Lan Bay but it can’t compare to this cruise ship. I like everything about this cruise especially about staff, Jennie Le who served my family during our stay. Rhyder was friendly and he gave me lot of information about the Cat Ba island.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Jennie and Rhyder. The room is beautifully prepared and clean as well.
We also enjoyed many activities, such as kayaking, hiking through a cave, swimming, and more.
Last but not least, the views are beautiful! We had a wonderful stay.
