I was reluctant to take this tour due to the length of the ride, however, I am certainly glad we did. It was not nearly as difficult physically as I anticipated and we saw many sites we would not have seen otherwise. Our guide, Leo, was very patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time riding bikes and learning about the history of Rome. The bikes were comfy and reliable, guides were informative and lunch was delicious. Just a warning that you will be riding through traffic, on cobblestones and dirt paths. Dress and plan accordingly:)

This was the best tour. Incredible scenery. Great tourguide. Must be in good physical shape to do this. It is 5 hours of assisted biking. Legs and butt will hurt after but it is way worth it.

The ebikes were just straight up fun, and the ride was exhilarating and challenging. Iman took us safely out through Rome traffic to the Apian way and out into the countryside. The views of the aqueducts were amazing and it felt like we were taken back into the past 2000 years. However this is NOT a bike trip for beginners. It is an intermediate level and requires some riding skill and endurance.

This was one of the most amazing, memorable activities of our entire trip to Italy and Ireland. One of the things that makes it so unique is how remote the aqueducts and Appian Way are from the rest of Rome. If we had attempted to hike this route, it certainly would have taken more than a day. But our guide was knowledgeable and constantly stopping to inform of us history, check on our understanding of directions for the given "leg" of the journey we were on, and our safety. The Roman aqueducts are responsible for the water that Rome currently receives and it is incredible to look at this fully functioning, ancient system. Most of the trip is in parks where we saw wildflowers, castles, and other ruins. We toured the catacombs - another historical marvel. If you can only do 3 things in Rome and you are mobile enough to ride a bike (not recommended for those with back and neck issues as the ride is jarring on the upper body but easy on the lower body), make this trip a priority!

This was a last-minute decision while spending a week in Rome to do something different to escape some of the suffocating crowds. It ended up being one of our highlights. Our guide Phillipe was awesome, the E bikes felt like cheating going up the hills and over the bumpy roads, and we saw things we would never have had a chance to like the catacombs and aqueducts. After almost 4 hrs. that flew by, we stopped at a little restaurant tucked behind some tennis courts with only local patrons, we had a drink and excellent appetizers. Grateful for the experience.

It was very hot, but the bike ride was still very good. The route was varied, in the city and in the countryside, we visited the catacombs for us, it was a first time for this kind of place and we learned a lot of things with the local guide. Afterwards we arrived in the plain where the shepherds let their sheep graze and where we can see all the Roman aqueducts which arrive from the Apennines. It was very interesting ! On the way back, we stopped at a restaurant for brunch which was also very nice.
Our French-speaking guide Edouard was also very friendly and very attentive to our safety and well-being. I recommend.
