Great communication, efficient and friendly. Our plane was delayed and they tracked it and were there right after we left baggage claim.

Provider did not show up to provide airport transportation because they wrote down the wrong date. Instead of making any effort to help they said to cancel the reservation. I had to make other arrangements for airport transport on the spot and with a kid in tow. Wasted several hours needlessly. Both Viator and their contractors have been passing blame to each other and are refusing to provide a refund. It is infuriating and frustrating beyond belief.

Was pi ked up at the airport even though it was a 6.00 am flight. Driver kept in constant touch by WhatsApp messages. Have easily understandable instructions to meet him outside the terminal in the pick up lane. Dependable
The only trouble was that tge driver spoke hardly any english.

Driver mauro was excellent. He was Very friendly and it was a very nice and clean car. He texted me to coordinate pick just outside the airport door so there was no long walk to the car

I booked a taxi from the airport to hotel. The car was very old and dirty. But the driver was friendly.

Our flight was canceled and rescheduled for the following day; I simply messaged the tour operator and they rescheduled the driver for the next day, after forwarding the new flight information to EZE. Our driver Oscar was waiting outside baggage claim, and was courteous, professional. Great experience.
