I was born and reared in Kerry and enjoy sharing this beautiful area with my guests. I will collect you at your accommodation and we will visit the highlights of Killarney commencing with a visit to Ladies View, then Torc Waterfall, Muckross House and Gardens, Ross Castle and Lough Leane returning by Aghadoe. I can customise this tour if you have specific places you would like to visit in the locality. I will share the history, the culture and scenery of our beautiful town. My vehicle is a Mercedes V Class which can accommodate up to six guests comfortably.

Paudie was the perfect host, guide and driver.
He is extremely knowledgeable and provided many interesting facts and answered all of our questions. My highest compliment would be that he knew the perfect blend of speaking and providing quiet. Other tours we have taken have had information overload without time to just take in the scenery.
It is obvious he is well liked in the region as the hotel raved about him when we informed them of our guide, as well as many of the ticket takers along the journey. Everyone knew him and had huge smiles when they saw him.
If the entire trip wasn’t enough to have us thoroughly convinced we had the best possible tour guide, Paudie was kind enough to post a forgotten cap on to our next hotel and it was waiting in the room.
We give our highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to tour this area.

Paudie Murphy is an amazing guide, storyteller, and all around enjoyable guy. He gave us history, funny jokes, songs and safely drove us to all the sights we requested.

We had the most wonderful time on this private tour. Paudie had so much local knowledge, knew his way around the area and took us to places that we wouldn’t have heard about as tourists.
The van was very comfortable and we were provided bottled water for the trip.
I would highly recommend this tour.

Paudy was an outstanding guide. He tailored the tour to our wishes and gave us many interesting tidbits of historical and/or cultural significance along the way. In addition, he gave us plenty of time at stops. We would definitely recommend Paudy!

My wife and I could not have been happier with this tour. Paudie is friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We thought this was some of the best money spent on our trip to Ireland. Prior to the tour we thought we had seen what the area had to offer in our drive in and at our hotel, but that was far from the case. We had no idea how much more there was to see in Killarney. On the tour we experienced epic scenery and impressive old homes and castles and walked away with some great pictures.
Having experienced the tour I would certainly not recommend trying to tour these sights on your own. Not only did booking this tour provide us with a ton of information about the area and the history, but Paudie would often pull us up to the front of the attraction while the other tourists were parking and walking up long distances.
One other thing I would add is that we really enjoyed the way Paudie conducted the tour, in that he would tell us about the attraction when we initially arrived and then bow out and allow us to tour the site at our own pace. We found this approach very tactful and professional.
To summarize, we had no complaints whatsoever and would strongly encourage anyone visiting the Killarney area to book this tour, you will be glad you did.
