What a fun, enlightening and amusing tour. Lalli was very informative and full of interesting stories. Hotdog at the end was great. Highly recommend...especially if you are a fan of the show "Vikings" show on netflix.

What an excellent tour! Lalli manages to pack Iceland’s entire history along with sharing key points about Reykjavik and its people into an extremely enjoyable two and a half hour tour. I can’t imagine having a better guide to this wonderful city and country. Thank you Lalli!

We had a fabulous tour with Lalli. We arranged a private tour for our family with food tastings. Lalli gave us so much good history at manageable doses with information about architecture and culture thrown in. Our 16 year old and 14 year old loved it. We tasted local cuisine too. It's a great, small operation with personal care. Thank you!! (I didn't tag this as a food and beer tasting tour because it was a family tour and we didn't include beer. Families need to know they can still ask for a food tour). :)

In two and a half hours we gained an amazingly comprehensive picture of the very colourful history of Iceland. Our guide Lalli provided an honest and entertaining take on Iceland, including everything up to the present day. The group was small and the walk included regular short sits as we made our way through Reykjavik, as well as a hot dog along the way. Highly recommend the experience.

Lolli was a wonderful guide and storyteller. We learned so much about the history of Iceland. It was so interesting to hear about the sagas and how they have influenced so many stories we know.

My wife and I went on the 2 1/2hr walking tour, starting in front of the Hallgrimskirkja church, at the Leifur Eriksson statue. There it was that we met our guide, Lalli. We were there before our official start time, as was Lalli. After introductions, our tour started right there. We were the only 2 for this evenings tour, so we had a private guided tour. Lalli was great! We had a lot of fun. We learned quite a bit, with just enough information to not be overwhelmed. We were also treated to a hotdog and soda. Yummy! The 2 1/2hrs went by quite fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Lalli. This was the first organized thing we did, since arriving in Iceland earlier this morning. I am so glad we chose this as our introduction to Iceland. I would do the tour again.

What a fantastic trip! Our guide Lalli was funny and interesting and so chock full of info! Loved his storytelling approach. Give a little then walk some then get the kaboom ending to the tale. He kept us mesmerized the entire time. Highly recommend.

Lalli is a great storyteller and extremely funny. On this tour you'll learn about the entire history of Iceland from the very first settlers and the Viking age to present day.

Lalli shares Iceland’s story in such a unique way with a great touch of subtle humor that will keep you laughing throughout the tour.

At the end not only will you have a better understanding of Iceland’s history but also a greater appreciation for the Icelandic people and their culture.
