This tour gave a good overview of the main parts of Porto to lead to our own exploration. Started uphill and mainly went downhill to the river. Would have appreciated some tips and suggestions of places and areas to explore further.

Through Viator, I signed up with EFun Tours to do the Essential Porto Walking Tour on May 26. Viator told me that I could find my group in a crowded plaza by looking for the guide holding an “EFun Tours” sign. I got to the meeting place, and there was no one holding an “EFun Tours” sign. Disappointed, I signed up with another tour. When I called EFun Tours and asked for my money back, they were harsh, rude, and refused to issue a refund. You should stop using EFun Tours. I have heard through a professional guide that they have a reputation for causing problems and being unreliable.
