Staff were very helpful indeed prior to the event. The cruise was a gentle, calming experience which we enjoyed very much.

The cruise was thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide/skipper was knowledgeable and entertaining and the other guests a delight.
Would thoroughly recommend this relaxing and memorable experience.

We arrived 4 minutes late, they called us 5 minutes before that to check if we were still attending, and we confirmed. When we got there they started boarding the people, and the drinks arrived. When the waitress tried to serve us drinks, we were confused because we didn’t order, and she told us that one of our friends who arrived before ordered for us. In the meantime our arrived and informed that he didn’t order it the bar staff that took the liberty of making Bellinis. The waitress still on the boat and present to this conversation, did say anything just walked away. In total no communication between the staff, I am in customer service myself and this gives an unbothered vibe…
Main issue here is that I do not drink alcohol, all I wanted was something to drink since I was rushing to the boat. Plus it lasted less than 45’

Boat captain was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable and interesting. Cocktails were good. Would have liked to purchase snacks.

Amazing surroundings and river cruise. The staff was totally nice and friendly. Cocktails absolutely tasty and high quality. Would repeat the activity.

Our first visit to Oxford so thought we try a river cruise. I have to say it was wonderful and our captain! So was full of Information of the local area and the 40 minutes seems to have passed in a minute. A delightful cruise with great people and local Information just floating along the Thames. Absolutely highly recommended.

Our skipper Lauren was superb and went above and beyond to make this a very special event to finish off our wedding day. We we were blessed with good weather, but I think it would have been lovely anyway.

The man who was in charge of our cocktail river cruise was rude, miserable and grumpy. It was such a shame as it could have been fantastic as the actual boat ride on the river was lovely.
He was ready to go home and created a negative atmosphere, which was not necessary. It was for a special occasion and sadly, he ruined it.
