Hunting for truffles with Francesca and Choco was so much fun! We had a wonderful lunch with wine, and met some great people. Good conversations and a great time all around. Andrea, who works with Viator, and provided the transportation, was fun and informative and made the experience even more memorable. 5 Stars!

Went truffle hunting in the Chianti region of Tuscany and had a glorious time. Andre our guide was incredibly informative and had a beautiful personality. Francesca, the owner of the property that we truffle hunted on was wonderful and Choco the dog was amazing!!

The most INCREDIBLE day! We had an amazing experience with our guide and our hosts at the estate and at the organic winery were incredible! Our guide Matteo is a sommelier and a historian. He is extremely knowledgeable of the regions and we learned so much!
We would definitely do this trip again if we were ever back in Tuscany and I hope we will be someday!

Watching the Choko find the truffles was amazing. Francesca's villa was something I have only seen in movies. Our tour guide was magnificent.

We had a memorable day with our guide Matteo. The drive out to the villa was lovely and he was very informative with facts and history of Florence and Tuscany. We really felt it was a different and authentic experience truffle hunting with Francesca and Chocco the dog. We found 2 rare white winter truffles and our hunt was followed by a delicious Tuscan lunch (with lots of truffle and wine). We learned about life at the villa and were able to sample some their fresh products. We then visited a winery and had a beautiful drive home through the rolling hills.

We absolutely loved this tour. Truffle hunting with Francesca and Choco was once in a lifetime. Our truffle lunch was fantastic and we loved the winery so much that we shipped a case of wine home. Our guide throughout the day was very informative and made every piece fun.

From the moment Hilary met us in the morning until she dropped us off later in the day, she was a wealth of local knowledge and great company. Between taking us to find the truffles, to the family serving us after the truffle hunt, couldn’t have been any better. Our guides knowledge at the winery of all the wines being served was unbelievable! Great tour from start to finish!

We had a wonderful day with our guide Andrea. He was friendly, informative and did everything to make sure we were happy and enjoying our experience. Our truffle hunter was Francesca and she and her family made us feel welcome and cared for in their home with the most delicious lunch after the hunt! Highly recommend this experience.

Learning about what wines go with what and how to taste them properly. The dog was pretty cute too. Also, fresh truffles have an unreal smell.
