Transportation was air conditioned and driver was polite and personable. I had a scheduled 10:30 pick up at airport, but had to wait 30 minutes. Other than that, it was great.

Great shuttle service. Order and confirmation in email was very fast and accurate. Upon arrival only waited 15 min and was first drop off. Air conditioned bus. Friendly affordable service.

Instructions on confirmation was clear. Once exiting the airport, was able to find EPIC representative and he had a list of passengers. I was the 5th (and last) to be dropped off. It was a comfortable van.
I messaged the company thru TripAdvisor to ask what time they will pick me up for my flight back home (2 days prior to my flight) and they answered accurately. Picked me up on the time they stated. We picked up other people at another resort and got to the airport with 2 hours to spare until my flight.
Traveled solo, and would recommend. I felt safe.
