This tour takes you to Aveiro considered by many as the "Venice of Portugal" which is famous for its large network of canals running through the city. In this Tour you will also take a cruise on a "moliceiro" boat (a traditional boat from this city) which will take you along the channels as you admire the city’s unique tile facades. You will also have the opportunity to see the colorful houses in Costa Nova. Aveiro has a rich and varied gastronomy, and the “soft eggs” - a very sweet desert are also one the main representations of Aveiro.

Our guide was Andre. He was very welcoming and asked where we were from. Made us feel relaxed. He gave us a rough itinerary as we set off so we knew what to expect.
His driving was very reassuring even though he was able to narrate the day at the same time.
Loved the small things he pointed out along the way, like the cranes nesting beside the motorway. Great value for money and the places we saw and experienced.
The only thing that needed improving is the name of the company on the communications isn't the name on the tourist office. So we were a little confused initially.
Great experience overall.

What a special morning tour with guide Bruno, and driver Sergio. I'm only in Porto for a day and 1/2, so I was picky about what I wanted to do. I chose this tour to have a chance to see something outside of the city. Both of the communities were interesting and beautiful. Bruno had some great knowledge of the areas. I not only enjoyed myself, but I learned so much. My only comment was the short time frame given to explore...but I understand it was only a short 1/2 day. So my recommendation is if you have time - take the longer tour.

Joana did a really good job! I was fascinated about how good she explained everything and how huge her knowledge about Porto is. We took my three month old daughter with us and Joana made us feel so comfortable eventhough she cried a little. ( The daughter, not Joana 😉) We saw a lot of nice spots. I recommend

If you want a quick look at Aveiro and Costa Nova, do this trip. Our guide, Bernardo was friendly. He gave interesting information on Portugal on the bus ride to Aveiro. Ferro was an excellent driver as well as friendly.

Aviero half day trip. Very enjoyable and informative trip. Timings great. Enough but not too much time spent at each venue. Enjoyed free time. Polite, patient and kind guide. Thank you Bruno you have the right balance of giving instruction and information and allowing the group to explore for themselves. Would recommend.
