We recommend the personal experience of cooking in Hind's home. Hind was a good teacher, very accommodating, and a delight. The only negative was that we spent nearly no time in the market and got very little out of that experience in comparison to other market cooking classes we have participated in. Cooking at home was fun and different than other classes we have taken, Large group classes are largely about the performance. This is about the intimacy of cooking, chopping, measuring, and getting to know someone you would not meet otherwise. We learned about cooking a lamb and vegetable tajine, Bastilla, and several salads. It was a feast with wine. Come hungry. Hind sent us the recipes for what we cooked and more after we left. Its a great change for the typical cooking class. Also, Hind spoke English well. It took about 5 hours
