I had a horrible experience with Rome tours . They never emailed me the meeting point to collect my tickets for the museum. I was running around the place like a chicken without head in terrible heat. They did not answer my call and did not respond to voicemail . When I finally reached the office they were closed and no contact info was available.
Overall poor customer service. I do not recommend doing business with them

The time of entry to the Vatican was 8:30pm, the company opened at 08:00pm, we exchanged the voucher for tickets and went to the queue. The store was very close to the Vatican, so everything went as expected.

We had booked these tickets in advance to skip the line, but were called on the day itself by the Italian office that they had not been able to secure these tickets . According to them, the Vatican had given out less of these on-line tickets. Thus we had to stand in line still, to be able to get into this museum. Hence, not happy at all with this ticket offer: it is not reliable
The art collection was impressive, the mass of the crowd shuffling through the hallways was unpleasant.

Abysmal care of ana, in metro Ottaviano Rome, was extremely ill-mannered, a person can ruin your afternoon. when shopping with a lousy Spaniard, treated us horrible, without a hint of patience with attention to the public... we are paying for a service that is more than twice what you pay at the door,

It was very nice when I saw the size of the line and the entrance that we were able to go in because of our passed. I would definitely do that again! The museums and the Sistine Chapel were beautiful!

We were a family of 8. Half of us had ben to the Vatican Museums before and half had not. Those of us who had been there before knew that a tour of the museums can be very long and of little interest to those who are not art lovers. This worked out perfectly. The ticket pick up point was close to the entrance, and we were able to see what we wanted to see (the Sistine Chapel) and avoid everything else. Even walking quickly throughout the museum, it took us an hour to get through it. The only hiccup is that we had originally booked an 11 time slot, and a few weeks before the trip viator changed the time to 4 p.m., which interfered with some of our other plans.

Were sent on a 3 mile hike to get tickets in the heat and with my elderly mum. Why can't they be sent to my phone or collection at the actual attraction? Didn't actually get to go in the sistine chapel due to how long it took to walk through the museum. Gutted.

the meeting location was a very long way from the Vatican and the times given were in advance of the actual time by nearly an hour - a huge mark up on ticket price for NO service - unhelpful

To be avoided above all!!!!! Be careful Get Your Guide goes through them and they are scammers!!!
They removed our tickets the day before the visit and obviously impossible to find the same tickets!! It was complete!! The manager did not want to move the back of his seat to come meet us!!

Hour changed on voucher, as I was still on a plane without WiFi, I could not answer within 15m. Sent a lot back and forth and eventually got a ticket at a different time. Skip the line, but waited 1/2 hour to enter. Huge crowds, stuck together. Rather beautiful. Never take a taxi at the exit there. Took a taxi to arrive and paid €15. There they asked €45 for the same ride. Real cheating!!
