Not worth the money: extremely long lines and not organised. Clearly selling much more tickets that they can handle. It took us 30 mins to get the elevator on the way up and much longer on the way down, literally trapped at the top of the building. There are way better city viewpoint alternatives for your money in NYC. Never again.

Had purchased an express pass for family of 4 so we had flexibility as to time and could navigate lines more quickly. Having chosen mid-morning on Sunday, didn't need the express portion but glad we had it anyway! Beautiful building and friendly staff - the deck had amazing views, of course, even on a hazy morning. The glass floor area might freak one out (like me) a bit, but after a little while I moved right across it and took photos. Certainly beat past experiences atop Empire State Building, Rock Ctr, etc., and would recommend for prime views.

Nice view but very badly organised with long queues and vastly over crowded . Problem with lifts caused absolute chaos so best go to other better managed places with views like top of the rock

A little bit crowded, but that was expected good experience. I would recommend to anyone that may be interested.

Too expensive for what it is, I don't understand why some glasses are painted. Nice expierience but in my opinion it's not worth it.

The view is nice, you can’t deny that.

The rest is miserable. Paid a premium to see the sunset. Waited so long in the elevator line that the sunset was missed.

Entries are timed but it is BEYOND crowded. There are lines to take pictures or just walk up to the glass.

There needs to be better control on how many people can be on the lookout at once, as it was completely underwhelming

It was a great experience, took my husband here for our anniversary and had a great time together. We enjoyed our time and had some drinks. ❤️❤️

We went up at nighttime and the view was spectacular. It was very busy and did take awhile to exit so do bring your patience if going at night.

If there were more stars I would give significantly more! That was such an incredibly cool experience. You can really see everything from up there, the admission fees are normal, the elevator ride is totally great animated, the staff is super friendly and helpful, upstairs the glass panes are angled so that you can take photos without reflection. The glass floor is only in one place where you don't really see anything exciting downstairs but the architecture in NY is changing so fast that what you see underneath is almost irrelevant. At the entrance they were very accurate with the time slot and there was no waiting time and no queue (10am).
I wouldn't choose another viewing platform. Vessel and High Line are around the corner. Just great...and when you go out, right after the gift shop is a Magnolia Bakery with the famous banana pudding, which is really extremely delicious 😋

Wow, what an amazing view of NYC! Also, very spacious, with large ceiling to floor windows. Giving it a nice ‘open view’. The open air view platform is fairly unique, as other viewing platforms in NYC do not offer this fast open space.

The elevator ride up was one of the coolest ones ever had. Having booked express tickets, we had the elevator for ourselves as a family. Which made a very cool video.

All in all we had a great visit. All staf - who have us a private escort to the elevator - were great. With the exception of one security guy who was very rude.

Our youngest son was sleeping in his buggy, when I walked to the bar to get some drinks and snacks. I must’ve been no further away than 5 metres, I paid for our food and one minute later I saw a very freaked security guard being rude to my wife (who went to the toilet, and came back) about ‘leaving our child unattended’. He said he called out ‘whose baby this was’, but this was certainly not the case as I did not hear anything. Next time I will stand in linear the bar with our buggy, blocking everybody’s access to the bar - as this was apparently what the security guy wanted. Who was also talking about us in a demeaning fashion to his colleague, when he walked away from us.
