We booked the tour well in advance. A few days before, the operator started giving us important information about the trip, with recommendations and various rules (comfortable shoes and punctuality for everything!). The kindness and professionalism was evident from these first moments, given that the previous day we received an email asking for confirmation of the chosen meeting point, specifying that, without confirmation, we would have to go independently to a point decided by them; the problem was that we were at the (beautiful) spa in Bucharest and we didn't have our phones with us. As soon as we realized that we had exceeded the deadline, we made sure to write to the operator, who was really kind in telling us that there were no problems and they would pick us up at the collection point indicated by us.
Early rise necessary to arrive before the crowd at Peles castle, during the journey the excellent guide Otilia (our "mother" for a day as she defined herself) told us many curiosities about Romania, also giving us time to rest (a plenty of time before the first stage). Peles Castle is beautiful, certainly the most complete experience in terms of landscapes, interiors and "perceivable" history. Then second stop at the medieval village of Brasov, decidedly characteristic and welcoming. Unfortunately, the two hours of freedom are not enough to visit it if you decide to go "sitting" for lunch (there are many fast food alternatives, less typical but they allow you to get around the city with more serenity).
Finally, the third stop is Bran Castle, that of Count Dracula. Otilia explained to us the details of the story of the real count, which were truly interesting and compelling, while overall the castle (which can be visited independently, without a guide, given the very narrow spaces) turned out to be a disappointment overall (the exterior of the castle is breathtaking, the interiors are tourist-catching to say the least and far from the story Otilia told us).
Leaving at 7am we arrived at the drop off point at 8pm, exhausted but extremely satisfied and happy to have met Otilia during our trip. Congratulations also to the driver, professional and never risky in driving. Thank you!

An excellent tour, somewhat hectic because of all the places to visit, which is a long trip and you have to walk a lot. Despite this, it is highly recommended, thanks in large part to how enjoyable and interesting the trip becomes with the guide Serban Riga, you can see his love for his work and for Romania (especially the Dacia Duster :) ). Very fun, entertaining and knowledgeable about local history and very friendly and helpful, if the trip is a 10 the guide is an 11. The bus driver, whose name I don't know, is an excellent driver, covering the difficult route without any problems. problem. Recommended!!

Serban was our guide,he is really incredible person.We spent 12 hours with him and never felt boring or not well informed.He and his driver are great team.I highly recommended this tour,very well organized and correct.

If you are looking for a fun tour from Bucharest to some of Romania's beautiful castles, then this tour with Serban is a must! Can't recommend this guy enough, he's the best tour guide I ever had :)

tour to Peles castle and "Dracula's" castle in Bran & Brasov was absolutely amazing.
Serban (Riga/ tour guy/ you name it) was the most fun and informative guide we had ever the chance to follow.
He would stick to program "as a German machine" resulting in a convenient trip and inform us for good to know tips and historical facts
absolutely vfm.

The Bran castle has no interest. Of course, it's not the real Vlad Tepes castle. It's totally a fake. There is nothing inside. And outside just a sordid market for tourists with stuffs made in China. Don't go.

It was a very nice trip. We were picked up at the time that was given and the guide Serban, was so good. He was very passionate about the tour and he gave a lot of interesting facts about romania.
The climate in the bus was good, and we could all hear what Serban said.
