The driver, Alberto, was friendly and provided information about Italy along the way. The tour itself was a bit short.

Leonardo was a great driver and kept things running on time… since my friends and I were the only ones on this tour he even dropped us off back where we were staying.
Sylvia was a great guide in Pisa. She was very knowledgeable of the history and led a very interesting tour. She also knew all the logistics well and helped up bypass the mobs of confused tourists in the wrong line so we had more time to explore.
