Uffizi is Big, walking around there is so much to see. And so many levels and doors. If you are a art fan could spend hours in there

There are 2 people working outside the museum waiting for you to give you the tickets. If you are late they ask you for 5€ per person. They said it’s because the museum asks for it. But it’s a lie, they are stealing. Don’t recommend this experience with this company

Experience was good. I liked having my own headphones to control my experience. Also liked being able to move at my own pace.

The reps showed up around 15 min before our timed entry. Don’t look for them sooner - they won’t be there!

Unfortunately I didn't go. I didn't feel well during the night and when I called at 9am (office opening time) to move the day, I was told that it couldn't be done, as there was only 30 minutes until I arrived. I didn't want a refund, I asked to be able to move the day of the visit so as not to lose the money for the ticket too but if the offices to be able to speak to an operator are at 9am, how can I notify you of my absence beforehand!!!.. .I can understand it is late for the refund but in order to be able to postpone the visit, we should be more flexible and give the opportunity even if there are only 30 minutes left. I would have called at 7 in the morning if you had been open, I was so sick, so I was awake.

The audio guide was perfect for us and very easy. You download the app and use your earbuds. The guide hit all the key pieces in the museum and we still spent 2 1/2 hours in there. I like that you can go at your own pace…I imagine you could spend days in there and still not see everything. The guide gave very interesting information about the pieces that you might not otherwise know. Since we went on Jan 31, the skip the line part was probably not necessary, but still convenient. I imagine it would be great in peak months.

Everything was fantastic, my girlfriend and I opted for the ticket with the audio guide, we wanted to save money and we tried. The result was 5 star service! We skipped the long queues to purchase tickets and within a few minutes we were already inside. The audio guide is an application for the phone, which I really appreciated because I didn't have an additional object to carry with me and also because I was able to use my excellent personal headphones which guaranteed me optimal listening. We will choose your services again and recommend them to everyone.
