Food is culture, and this saying is something that is engrained in the DNA of every Khmer national. From the tiniest corners of quaint little villages to the teeming-with-life main cities, food is culture. Based on using locally sourced produce, the Khmer cuisine has ample characteristics that share its gastronomical borders with its South-East Asian neighbours.
Yet, once you’re had a spoon full of deliciousness, it is well understood that a unique foodie paradise lies wedged between Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. To gain an insight into the ingredients and means of preparation, a half-day instruction in the art of Khmer cooking will stimulate all senses. We have partnered up with one of Siem Reap’s leading cooking schools to offer you a fabulous experience you later can share with friends and family.

Fun for the whole family. This is one of the first cooking classes my kids were able to do. There were about 10 of us in the class. Nice facilities, it really is a cooking school as opposed to some which as in people's homes. I loved learning how to make amok chicken.
