Our experience with the tour company was good. They were in contact with us in advance and very responsive to messages. Our driver was lovely. The boat was nice and the entertainment was enjoyable.
Initially we enjoyed the food, but they we realised there were actually dead flies in the desert. Presumably these landed there since the food was left sitting out. Because of this we probably would not recommend this specific boat company, even though the tour company were good.

Viator assisted me with transportation. Had the wrong address initially. Thankfully they made a plan. Supper was good n show was good. Beautiful way to see the Nile

We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 5 PM. We messaged the operator at 5 and they said our car was on the way and it arrive about 515. It picked us up and drove us to the boat. When we got to the boat, we were told that the cruise for 6 PM was canceled and that we could get on the 8:30 PM cruise, even though we had communicated an hour before this with the tour guide and they didn’t say anything about it being canceled. They allowed us to take the 45 minute ride to the dock sit there for 30 minutes and then we had to have our driver take us back to the hotel. We did not do the 830 cruise and it appears they cancelled the 6pm because there was only a few of us there. If that’s the case they could have told us before we were even picked up. it was very aggravating and annoying that they wasted several hours of our day and made the inconveniences for us. We would not recommend using this tour company.

My friends and I did this the first night in Egypt. We had a lot of fun. It's an excellent way to spend a first evening or an evening with nothing planned. The food was food, but the entertainment was awesome. Our guide, Mustafa, picked us up on time and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this if you are looking for a way to wind down after exploring Cairo or the surrounding areas.

They are very good.
I contacted you the day before to take care of the transport and all the details to be defined.
And even though there was a queue at Sharm airport to get a visa and phone card, they waited outside the whole time and even helped us with our suitcases when we left.

Transfer From Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Hotel .The driver Sherif was very kind and helpful. He wrote my name in paper and i found easily. Car was clean. For sure we will contact the agency again if we will need. Good service
