We had a great tour in Tokyo with Ninja Food Tours. There was a lot of variation and we tasted many nice things. The tour guide was very kind and gave us a lot of information!

This tour is a fabulous introduction to Tokyo and it's food. There were 6 of us in total. Our guide Shino was so lovely. All questions asked were answered. Our group including our guide all chatted easily with each other and I think this was down to Shino making us all feel comfortable. My 13 year old was with us and Shino really made him feel welcome. I would highly recommend this tour

This was an amazing experience. Shino is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I was able to try many foods I would not have tried otherwise, as well as learnt more about Japanese history and the foods themselves. I highly recommend this experience for anyone in Tokyo.

Shino was an incredible guide… incredibly generous and accommodating. Brilliant day out. Sushi was incredible and so was the monjya-yaki.

The opportunity to try new foods with a local expert. We also really liked hearing about the history of the area and learning about the tradition of certain foods, as well as getting great advice about the best things to do in the short time we have to visit.

Rie was an amazing guide! The rest of our group cancelled so it ended up being a private tour, and she was able to customize it to our tastes. She was super sweet and knowledgeable about both the food in the area and the history of Asakusa. She was very passionate about her job! We went to some really great hidden gems. Highly recommend this tour and Rie as a guide!

Amazing experience, one of the best I've had in Japan. Highly recommend it. The tour guide was knowledgeable about all the dishes and drinks we had - even suggesting when to use the dipping sauce and when it's best not to. I enjoyed the quick history and cultural lesson she had prepared for us. I really enjoyed meeting new people and sharing stories and the journey to Japan. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cheap eateries and terrible food is what you get from this tour, we expected sushi to be included but our tour guide canceled it saying its crowded.
don't waste your money.

Soooooo good! We went on a food tour the day before at Tsukiji market and paid more for that tour than this Asakusa food tour and this tour blew it away! Rie was an awesome host and we had such amazing food and good portions too! The sushi was great! The dumplings were great! The snacks and sweets were great! Rie was an excellent guide full of energy and hospitality and did an excellent job teaching us about Asakusa and Japanese food culture. It was me and my wife but we also had 4 others on the tour and they were great people to hang out and talk with as well. Absolutely recommend!
