Emailed my arrival time and got no response on where to meet. Once we arrived at the airport no one was there to greet us. Had to call viator before I got a response. Still had to wait another 30 min. I was told the driver was a woman and was at the meeting place. Turns out it was a man. Awful customer service.

Excellent pick up service at the international airport. Driver was punctual and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport lobby. Super grateful for having such a positive and hospitable driver who loaded our 4 pieces of large and heavy suitcases + 2 overweight carry ons onto the van without our help. He even led us to the Covid testing center at the airport to get our pcr/antigen test results (which wasn’t included in this booking package at additional cost to begin with) - thank you so much! This specific transfer company (k-van) is reliable, organised and efficiently operated. Will definitely book them in the future when I go back to Korea!

The driver rushed us at the airport while we were trying to get WiFi. He told us he had other customers to pick up after us. When we got into his car he said he does not have anyone to pick up after us. Lol.

What an upgrade! Mr. Sang-woo Kim picked us up with a nice and bigger van that what we booked. Mr. Kim was very polite and helpful. We came out of the airport half an hour earlier than the pick up time and he was able to get to us in 5 minutes.
We enjoyed his service and his smooth driving.
Will definitely book K-van limo service again. Thank you!
