El servicio tuvo algunos puntos que tienen área de oportunidad:
1. Nos indicaron que el recojo sería a las 4:30am y estuvimos afuera en el frío esperando media hora hasta que llegaron por nosotros.
2. La descripción indica que incluye bastón, lo cual nosotros consideramos bien para no llevar nuestros bastones de trekking. Sin embargo lo que no te dicen es que es solo un palo de escoba.
3. El grupo estuvo muy disuelto a comparación de otros grupos y en cierto punto nos sentimos “abandonados” a nuestra suerte. Incluso ya estando arriba de la montaña.
4. Tu tiempo en la montaña una vez que llegas es muy muy corto, cosa que tampoco se le indica al usuario.

Would recommend everyone to go to Humantay Lake. Moderately challenging trekking and worth to reach the high point.
However do take into account that you will need to wake up very early. Even though we selected 4h30 as the start, we received information that we would be picked up at 4h10. And then it will be a 3~4h ride until the location. And similar 3h going back.
What we didn't enjoy as much was the food. Typical of such trips, we have breakfast and lunch in the same spot with open buffet. However the food was really not so good. I am typically someone who eats a lot and on lunch, I couldn't even finish 1 plate.
All in all, recommend the trip but expect long driving and weak food.

I really enjoyed the tour, if you're short on energy like me, don't go 😂, but it's really worth it, the travel company is excellent, very serious, very cheap, they gave us coffee and lunch and the smell of coke so we don't die 😂😂 😂, I loved it!

Robinson( our guide) is really friendly and helpful. He is really informative and has a lot of knowledge about the lake. The view at the lake is amazing .

The driver Edu was also brilliant & very safe on all the switchbacks
The trip was an early start from Cusco and included breakfast and lunch.
The drive was quite long but after the 2.5 hour hike up it was definitely worth it for the views and down was much quicker.
I’d definitely recommend this tour

Great experience hiking the humantay lake.
Our guide Wally was a great guide and taking care of us the whole day.
Breakfast and lunch were good and adapted for any diets.
The hike can be done by horse if you don’t feel the altitude!
Long hours in the bus, but that’s expected!
Pickup and dropoff weren't at my hostel though.
Overall great experience, highly recommend!
