I am updating my review of this company because after writing my prior 1 star review, a very nice man Marcus from the company contacted me & apologized for what he said was not a normal experience for this company. The very fact that he & the owner of company were concerned & bothered by my experience & actually cared enough to contact me, made me very happy and they apparently do actually care about their customer's having a great experience!! This is evidenced by other positive 5 star reviews so I can safely & gladly say I will definitely give them another go next time in Isle Mujeres! I was glad to understand their point of view and I really appreciated the company & Marcus being stand-up people & offering me a partial refund, which is fair, because it was my choice to get off the boat mid-way. Marcus reassured me that my experience was highly unusual & due to unusual circumstances so it's good to know that this is not common practice for them. They obviously take pride in their customer service & they have me with respect & kindness :-) I appreciate Marcus! :-)

Kevin and the gang were amazing!! We had such a great time. We loved the spots and the ceviche was delicious!

It was an enjoyable snorkeling tour with Kevin, our tour guide, who was very friendly and made sure our group stood together at all times. We had ceviche, sandwiches & margaritas on the way back. Three of my family members got seasick. I only gave 4 stars because we assumed we were going on a catamaran, but it ended up being a very small boat that fit 10 people. Overall our experience was pretty good. I recorded a video but unfortunately can’t upload it.

Wonderful staff drinks and food were excellent. Such a great time. Small group was very safe. Diego was a great guide!

Great experience with the entire crew, especially Diego our snorkeling guide. They went out of their ways to cater a vegetarian meal for my girlfriend. Highly recommended!

Diego and Ernesto were awesome. Showed us the best places to snorkel, took lots of pictures and shared lots of information. Had a wonderful time!

Diego was awesome!! I hope everyone gets him as your tour guide. The sandwiches were healthy and amazing, margaritas were fresh, and the snorkeling was incredible!

Kevin was a great guide and yhe captain was amazing. Three snorkel sites, felt very safe. Kevin can see fish and rays and turtles so well.
