Unfortunately the tour guide canceled the trip on us and we were not able to go. They also didn’t refund us. TripAdvisor won’t help in the issue by giving a credit or doing anything. We always booked on this site having no issues, but now we’re out of $250 dollars and no one seems to care. Horrible customer service. No accommodations or anything.

Food was good and better than expected, but breakfast was almost 11am and lunch was 4pm. The drive was long and the seats were cramped. Not much of a tour, just transportation bring you to tourist sites, at least all tickets were included. It checks all the basic boxes, but for a better experience of Bacalar you need more than 5 hours.
