Meet you local guide in Venice city center, then board a private boat and admire the lagoon of Venice. Stop in Murano island to see S. Maria and Donato Cathedral followed by an old glass factory visit. Afterwards stop in Burano island and explore the lace island

The boat ride and the content of the tour were quite good. The guide, Clementine, was rude and distracted. Started when I first approached her at the meeting point and tried to show her our tickets. She shoved her phone in my face and said “can you see this in the sun?!”. Then people on the cruise were trying to wake her questions and she ignored and continued talking to the captain. Very unprofessional. Murano and Burano, however are worth a visit.

Our guide was wonderful! She kept everyone together comfortably, without stressing us all and, even called a few people that were running behind/ lost to help them. She was informative and funny too. We have done a couple tours with Viator and are pleasantly surprised with their insightful care.

Excellent! Gabriella was a great guide. I’ve been to Murano and Burano many times over the years but I learned so much about the islands around Venice from her. Only drawback was Murano was only the glass factory and I would have liked more time to walk the island.

Great tour guide, Maria. Who is very nice and patient. She gives a nice historical overview of the region. What I disliked what how limited our time was in Murano and that the glass factory show was so focused on selling their products. Overall a great tour just very rushed if you like to have a little more time to explore the islands.

Sabe de um lugar que encanta os olhos e surpreende a cada esquina? Esse lugar é Burano, uma ilhota extremamente colorida, cheia de simplicidade, ótimos restaurantes e sorvetes deliciosos. Notei que os residentes da ilha são principalmente pessoas idosas e todos se conhecem. É curioso observar tantos turistas enquanto, ao mesmo tempo, se percebe uma rotina de vida peculiar ali.
Uma dica valiosa: vá até Murano para assistir à apresentação dos vidros, pois é muito interessante, mas dedique 90% do seu tempo na ilha de Burano. Você vai entender exatamente o que estou dizendo.

Overall I felt the tour was good. It was about 4 hours, not 5 like advertised. In murano we just went to the glass factory, nothing more. Burano we got to explore for an hour. Beautiful village. It was definitely worth to see!

A lovely tour. The guide was funny and informative. We loved seeing the two islands and watching the glass blowing demonstrations. We would highly recommend this tour if you’re interested in getting off the main Venice path.
