Chema was a great guide. I really enjoyed our tour of Northeast Catalunya. We saw some off the beaten path places. Unique and memorable!

I did this tour. The driver picked us up late. I liked Girona but that part felt very rushed. I didn’t get to see much. Pals was very nice. The Costa Brava area was beautiful. The guide was extremely nice.

Our guide Alexis made the day with his passion,knowledge and taking us to small villages off the tourist road. One of the best tours of my time in Spain. Highly recommend as it was a pleasant break from busy Barcelona. Plenty of laughs and fun.

It was a perfect day- amazing, historic scenery, authentic food with a lovely beach and seaside experience to end. The tour guide Chema was so friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour/personality!

I am so glad we went to Girona and that we saw Pals and Costa Brava on our trip to Spain. All of the places were beautiful. Our tour guide Anatoli was very knowledgeable and even included a very excellent look out at Costa Brava that was beautiful. I do not fault our tour guide at all, but after we were picked up for the tour we learned that we could bring towels and bathing suit and would be spending two hours at the beach. The description of this tour should include this. We had very disappointed kids who did not have bathing suits.
The drive back is about two hours from costa brava to Barcelona. Bring a good book or something. I would highly recommend going.

Marcelo was our tour guide for a small group visit to Girona and Figueres. He was prompt in picking the group up (it helped that I scheduled on a Sunday). The whole group seemed to enjoy themselves and we had enough time at each place to explore on our own. Marcelo knew a lot of history that he shared before providing us with maps of Girona and directing us to a few highlighted sites. He also brought us to one shop in Girona where we could sample (and purchase) some local delicacies. No high pressure sales, just introducing us to local food. There was a group decision asked for on where to eat lunch and he picked a great authentic Spanish restaurant that day in Figueres.
The Dali building and exhibits were wonderful and we were able to visit his gravesite below the stage. Marcelo hinted to be sure and not miss the building with the jewels at the exit. I would have missed it without his direction! Two stories highlighting Dali’s design and execution of some fabulous jewelry pieces!!
Marcelo was a great guide and I had the privilege of riding up front with him and learning more history about his country as he drove. He even had books the group could review on the drive up.
I would highly recommend this tour!
