If you want to try real Lucca’s flavors you are in the right place. We will make everything together and at the end we will eat what we cooked with a good glass of wine as accompaniment. Also kids can cook with us and actively participate to the cooking class. It is an excellent opportunity to learn how Italian grandma’s cook and what they usually ate in the past. We are here to learn and have fun by cooking together!
Every day it’s programmed a different cooking class:
- on Monday: typical complete menu
- on Tuesday: two typical cake of lucca, castagnaccio and chard cake
- On Wednesday: Pasta, typical of Lucca
- On Thursday: Natural Gelato, we are going to learn how balance gelato and how it’s made
- On Friday: Schiacciata Toscana, typical Tuscan flatbread filled with cheese and salami.
