the Ourika Valley is a beautiful region between the Atlas Mountains, famous for its fortified houses built of clay and straw, inhabited by a Berber population that existed in Morocco for thousands of years and which have remained intact . their customs and traditions over time. Our 1st stop will be an extraordinary panoramic view over the green fields of vegetables and cereals, fodder and olives, which is a typical product of the valley. Folks, there will be a stop at the Argan Oil Cooperative to get a full explanation on how these Berber women act to crack argan nuts by hand and clamp them between two special stones, the technique that they have been using for centuries. Then, visit a Berber house and meet these owners to get an idea of their way of life and finally head to the waterfalls of Setti Fatma.
