Taste and learn how to recognize high-quality oils, by comparing them. We will show you the tasting tools and the official procedure and you will be an oil sommelier for a day! You will also acquire the skills to distinguish a good oil from a less good one and learn to read labels, especially the misleading ones!
Enjoy a delicious meal in the company of both locals and fellow travellers. We prepare the meal with fresh local ingredients, including those produced on our farm: oil, vegetables, fruit, jams, chestnuts, eggs. We grow our produce in a sustainable way, without the use of pesticides and chemicals. For us, farming is synonymous with respect for the environment and protection of the land.
