Nihonshu!
There are lots of different varieties of alcohol, but Japan is known for sake, or as it’s called here, nihonshu. Nihonshu is normally refined using rice and a distinct Japanese brewing method. Generally, Japanese sake has a relatively high alcohol percentage, of 15-20%.
